Apostle Jane Hamon recently returned from a ministry trip to Nicaragua. As she ministered God gave her several words for the nation including a declaration that the enemy's plans to bring natural disaster upon the land were being broken and God would preserve them. She made this declaration October 31^st, Halloween. The group of over 5000 in attendance erupted in shouts and Apostle Jane then lead them in prayer and decrees against the spirit of witchcraft and Jezebel over the nation.

Later Apostle Jane found out that the wife of the current president was leading a massive gathering of witches to declare natural disasters on the land that would bring upheaval so that her husband's political causes would be furthered.

Nicaragua has been a democracy since their revolution ended in 1990. However, recently Darnel Ortega, a communist and leader of the Sandinistas in the 1980's, was elected. His wife is a self proclaimed witch who publicly states that she is Satan's wife.

The following week a Tropical Storm formed off of the coast of Nicaragua. In a little more than a day it developed into a hurricane and caused damage along the Atlantic coast. The storm, Hurricane Ida, then traveled into the Gulf of Mexico and at the peak of it's strength was a Category 2 Hurricane.

On Sunday, November 8^th Hurricane Ida was forecast to hit the Gulf Coast somewhere between Louisiana and the Florida panhandle putting Christian International right in the center of the storm's path. The congregation of Christian International Family Church joined together to pray away the storm. When it made landfall after midnight Tuesday morning, along the Alabama/Mississippi state line, it did so as a Tropical Storm. No major damaged was reported along the Gulf Coast region.
