To ensure your application is processed efficiently, please review the instructions carefully and complete the necessary steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application Guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit a completed application. Ensure all questions are thoroughly answered and include all required documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your church has an existing Constitution and By-laws, include a copy of each along with the resolution form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your church does <em>not<\/em> have a Constitution and By-laws, provide a copy of the Minimum Church Constitution.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>All necessary information and forms must be included for your application to be processed.
